1. Acceptance
By accessing or using coinseer (the service), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; the date above will reflect material updates.
2. Not financial advice
The service provides AI-generated analysis, summaries, and tooling for informational purposes only. Nothing we or the AI outputs constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.
3. AI accuracy and risk of loss
AI-generated strategies and commentary are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or profitable. Models can hallucinate, misread context, or lag markets. You bear the full risk of any losses arising from trades or actions you take after using the service, including partial or total loss of capital and liquidation in leveraged futures.
4. Short-term vs. longer-term use
Automated and AI-assisted views tend to be more error-prone on very short time horizons due to noise, latency, and model limitations. We recommend treating outputs as more suitable for longer holding horizons where practical, such as positions intended to be held for at least 24 hours, while applying your own judgment and risk controls. This is guidance, not a promise of performance.
5. Exchange API keys
If you connect exchange API credentials, you represent that you are authorized to use those keys. We use them only to provide the service, including implemented futures-related trading and read operations. Create keys with only the permissions you need, typically read access plus futures or derivatives trading. Avoid withdrawal permissions and follow your exchange's official API documentation.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided as is without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, coinseer and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI outputs or exchange integrations.
8. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, your trading activity, or your violation of these terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
