Generally speaking, yes. Better models have stronger reasoning capabilities, so their market analysis, trend prediction, and specific trade strategies are mostly superior. But that’s not always guaranteed.

Treat API keys like cash. CoinSeer encrypts keys at rest and uses them only to power the trading features you enable (for example balances, positions, and orders through our tools). On the exchange side, create keys with the narrowest permissions you can: typically read access plus spot and/or derivatives trading—avoid withdrawal permission unless you truly need it. Plans that support exchange keys unlock tooling that can submit authenticated requests to your venue. You remain responsible for what gets sent: review permissions, position sizing, and any confirmations your workflow uses. Nothing in CoinSeer replaces your own risk controls or the exchange’s controls—always assume markets can move against you.

CoinSeer covers a broad range of markets: crypto spot and USDT‑margined perpetual futures, tokenized US equities (spot and perpetual derivatives), prediction markets (forecast price direction over any timeframe, similar to Polymarket), commodities such as gold and silver, and pre-IPO instruments. Supported venues include Binance, OKX, Bybit, Gate.io, and Bitget, subject to what the app exposes at the time you subscribe. Coverage can expand; check in‑app settings or release notes for the live list.

We expect a limited free experience so you can try the agent before paying, with strict caps (models, tokens, and possibly trading tools) to keep costs predictable. Exact limits ship with billing; until then, treat anything shown in the product as provisional.

Yearly is one upfront charge for 12 months at a lower effective monthly rate than paying twelve separate monthly invoices. The approximate savings is shown next to the billing toggle. If you cancel mid‑cycle, what you get back (if anything) will follow the refund / cancellation rules published at launch.

Expect usage to reflect real work the service does for you: model tokens on plans where we host inference, agent steps, and—where enabled—separate safeguards for trading actions. When you approach limits, the app should warn you; overages may require add‑on token packs or a plan upgrade. Final metering and prices will be documented when checkout goes live.

Yes. Recurring subscriptions: use Upgrade / Downgrade on a plan card (or Manage subscription) in Stripe’s customer portal—proration follows your Stripe settings; cancel renewal from Manage subscription (typically at period end). Prepaid 30-day plans: you can renew, upgrade, or downgrade anytime by paying the full list price of the target plan (card or crypto). That starts a fresh 30-day period and clears your current credits, replacing them with the new plan’s allotment—so wait until credits are mostly used if you can.

Yes, if you have an active subscription or prepaid period. On Pricing, choose a credit pack (500–100,000, multiples of 100) with the slider or custom input, then pay by card or crypto. Packs add to your balance and do not change your plan. When membership expires—or when you renew/change prepaid—all remaining credits (including packs) are cleared.
