Credit packs
Top up your wallet anytime while you have an active paid plan. Packs add credits only — they do not change your plan. Credits roll forward with each renewal while you remain on a paid subscription or prepaid plan. If you cancel and return to Free, remaining pack credits are cleared.

Does a better model necessarily mean it is more accurate at predicting future trends?▾
Generally, yes. More capable models tend to reason better, which often improves market analysis, trend forecasts, and trade ideas. No model can guarantee an accurate prediction.
Is it safe to connect my exchange API keys? What permissions should I use?▾
Treat API keys like cash. coinseer encrypts keys at rest and uses them only for the trading features you enable, such as balances, positions, and orders. Create keys with the narrowest permissions possible: usually read access plus spot and/or derivatives trading. Avoid withdrawal permission unless you genuinely need it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
If I enable trading on Plus or Pro, can the agent place real orders?▾
Plans with exchange-key access can submit authenticated requests to your venue. You remain responsible for what is sent, including permissions, position sizing, and confirmations. coinseer does not replace your risk controls or the exchange's controls; always assume the market can move against you.
Which exchanges and products are supported?▾
coinseer covers crypto spot and USDT-margined perpetual futures, tokenized US equities, prediction markets, commodities such as gold and silver, and pre-IPO instruments. Supported venues include Binance, OKX, Bybit, Gate.io, and Bitget, subject to what the app exposes when you subscribe. Check in-app settings or release notes for the current list.
Is there a free tier?▾
Yes. Free accounts receive 100 credits every 30 days to try the agent with cost-efficient models. Free accounts do not include exchange keys, paid models, or trading tools. Upgrade whenever you are ready.
How does yearly billing compare with monthly billing?▾
Yearly billing is one upfront charge for 12 months at a lower effective monthly rate than twelve separate monthly invoices. The approximate savings appears next to the billing toggle. Cancellation and refunds follow the published policy.
How does credit consumption work?▾
Credits measure hosted model usage. Heavier models and longer tool loops cost more per turn. Credits are taken from the bucket that expires soonest. If you run out during the month, you can buy a credit pack or upgrade your plan.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?▾
Yes. Manage recurring subscriptions from Pricing or the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at period end. Prepaid 30-day plans can be renewed, upgraded, or downgraded by paying the target plan's full price by card or crypto. Each purchase adds a new credit bucket and existing buckets keep their original expiry.
Can I buy extra credits?▾
Yes, if you have an active subscription or prepaid plan. Choose a 500–100,000 credit pack in increments of 100 and pay by card or crypto. Packs add to your wallet without changing your plan. They roll forward while you remain on a paid plan and are cleared if you return to Free.
Do you offer refunds if the AI is wrong about the market?▾
Paid access includes software and compute, and model usage cannot be reversed once consumed. Do not subscribe if you need a guarantee of trading performance. See the Return & Refund Policy below for details.
