Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026

1. Overview

CoinSeer ("we", "us", "the service") provides an AI-assisted interface for cryptocurrency futures analysis and trading. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our web application and related services.

2. Exchange API keys and secrets

If you choose to connect an exchange account, you may provide API keys and secrets through our application. We treat these credentials as highly sensitive.

  • We do not sell or share your API keys or secrets with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.
  • Keys are stored using encryption at rest on our systems and are used only to operate the service you requested, including authenticated calls to the exchange for USDT-M (or equivalent) futures features supported by the product (e.g. balances, positions, orders, and market data as exposed through our tools).
  • We do not use your exchange credentials for purposes outside this scope. You remain subject to your exchange's own terms and security practices.

3. Recommended API permissions (your responsibility)

When you create API keys on your exchange, you should follow that exchange's permission model and grant only the minimum scope needed: typically read access plus futures/derivatives trading write permissions, and avoid unrelated permissions (e.g. withdrawals, if not required). Exact labels differ by venue (Binance, Gate.io, etc.); configure keys according to the exchange's official API documentation.

4. Account and usage data

We may process data needed to run the product, such as authentication identifiers (e.g. OAuth profile from your sign-in provider), chat and session metadata, and technical logs for security and reliability. We use such data to provide, secure, and improve the service as described in our Terms of Use.

5. Account deletion

You can delete your account from Settings → General → Delete account. Deletion removes your CoinSeer profile, chats, exchange API keys, passkeys, login sessions, and in-app billing records. Payment processors (for example Stripe) may retain their own transaction records as required by law. Signing in again with the same identity creates a new empty account.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you use the service at your own risk regarding residual security risks.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.

8. Contact

For privacy-related questions, contact us through the channels published on our website or repository, if any.
