Return & refund policy

CoinSeer sells access to software and AI-assisted services. This page explains why many payments are final and what you should understand before you pay.

Irreversible usage: API tokens and compute

Every agent conversation triggers real model and infrastructure usage. That usage is billed upstream as API tokens and compute. Once a request is processed, those resources are consumed and cannot be “returned.”

For that reason, amounts attributable to completed usage are generally not refundable on the basis of how you feel about the output.

Think before you purchase

Markets are uncertain. AI can be wrong, incomplete, or badly timed. If you are not comfortable with non-refundable digital usage, do not subscribe or buy add-ons. Start with the smallest commitment you are willing to treat as spent.

Situations where we typically do not offer refunds

Unless required by applicable law, we have no obligation to refund for outcomes related to model judgment, timing, or strategy quality, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI quality or “the answer wasn’t what I wanted.”
  • Market views, levels, or scenarios that turn out to be inaccurate or later invalidated by price action.
  • Trend or regime calls (bull/bear/range/chop) that you believe were wrong.
  • Entry, sizing, stop-loss, take-profit, or leverage suggestions you judge as poor, late, too aggressive, or too conservative.
  • Paper vs. live differences, slippage, funding, fees, or liquidity effects not modeled by the agent.
  • Losses after you enabled trading tools with your own exchange API keys—you control keys, permissions, and orders.
  • Change of mind, duplicate purchase by mistake, or “I forgot to cancel” after a renewal you authorized.
  • Third-party outages (exchange downtime, ISP issues, VPN problems) or device/browser issues on your side.
  • Account restrictions, compliance, or sanctions that prevent you from using the product after purchase.
  • Abuse, chargeback fraud, or violations of our Terms of Use after services or credits were delivered.

Subscriptions & renewals

Subscription fees grant ongoing access for a billing period. Fees already paid for periods during which access was available are generally non-refundable, including partial months unless the law says otherwise.

Cancel before renewal if you do not want the next charge—see your account or (when enabled) the billing portal.

Token packs & prepaid credits

Prepaid usage (for example, token packs) is digital goods. After delivery or activation, remaining balance is typically not cash-refundable because counterparties have already been paid for underlying inference.

Where we may still help

Nothing here limits mandatory rights under consumer law in your country. If we make a clear billing error (for example, you were charged twice for the same invoice in error), contact us with receipts and we will investigate and correct legitimate mistakes.

Technical failures solely attributable to CoinSeer that prevent access for an extended period may be addressed with credits or extensions at our discretion—this is not a guarantee of refunds.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change; continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy where permitted by law.
