Which regions can use CoinSeer?

Accepted Answer

CoinSeer is not offered in mainland China, North Korea, Russia, Iran, Cuba, Syria, or Belarus, nor in Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, or other territories restricted by OFAC, EU, or UN sanctions. Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan are treated separately from mainland China. The list follows sanctions updates, so it can change.

Question 2

Does CoinSeer hold my funds?

Accepted Answer

No. CoinSeer is software. If you connect an exchange, orders go to your venue account. We do not custody deposits, withdrawals, or balances.

Question 3

What can the agent actually do?

Accepted Answer

Ask in plain language. CoinSeer routes the turn through live tools: klines, order books, funding, open interest, taker flow, long/short positioning, liquidations, large trades, and premium/basis. It can cross-check selected venues, inspect available account context when keys are connected, and turn that into a plan you can read. That is the same family of signals crypto desks and quant funds watch before they size risk.

Why use an agent instead of doing it myself?

A human desk jumps across charts, books, funding pages, and account screens. The agent can fan out across selected venues in one conversation, keep each venue’s symbols native, and compress the tape into higher-order context — crowding, basis, liquidation pressure, depth quality — instead of leaving you with a pile of tabs. You still decide. The agent does the assembly work funds pay people to do.

Do I need to connect an exchange to use it?

Accepted Answer

No. Public market research works without keys. Connect a venue only when you want balances, positions, open orders, or trading tools. Starter is research-oriented; Plus and Pro unlock exchange keys.

Which markets are live today?

Accepted Answer

Live tooling covers crypto spot, USDT-margined perpetuals, and tokenized US equities (spot and stock perps) on configured venues (Gate.io, Binance, OKX, Bybit, Hyperliquid, Coinbase, Kraken). Short-horizon prediction questions such as BTC Up or Down 30m are answered from those same spot and perp feeds — Polymarket itself is not connected. Gold is still a concept preview.

Does the agent remember previous chats?

Each workspace session keeps its own history so you can continue a thread. Start a new session when you want a clean slate. Shared links are read-only snapshots, not live control of your account.

Question 8

Can I link my own exchange account?

Accepted Answer

Yes on Plus (one venue) and Pro (unlimited venues). Open Settings → Exchange API, or let the agent prompt you in chat when a private tool needs credentials. Create the key on the exchange, then paste it into CoinSeer. Each venue has its own key format — use that exchange’s official guide.

Will CoinSeer leak my API keys? Can that cause losses?

Accepted Answer

Keys are encrypted at rest. After save, the product does not show the secret again, and staff workflows are not built around reading plaintext keys. Encryption is not a magic shield against a bad trade: if a key has trading permission and you approve an order, the exchange can fill it. Create keys with the narrowest scope the venue allows — read-only, spot-only, or futures-only — and never enable withdrawals.

What API permissions should I enable?

Prefer read + the market you actually trade. Most venues now let you split spot, futures, and transfers. Leave withdrawal, internal transfer, and universal trading off unless you have a specific reason. IP allowlists on the exchange side are a plus when the venue supports them.

Question 11

What is a primary exchange vs extra market sources?

Accepted Answer

The primary venue owns private account and trading tools. Extra sources only add public market data for cross-checks. Execution never fans out across every connected account. Configure this in Settings → Data sources.

Question 12

Will the agent place trades by itself?

Accepted Answer

There is no unattended trading loop. Supported place and cancel tools pause in the workspace until you approve or reject — you can edit critical fields first. Some other write actions (certain closes, amendments, or TP/SL helpers) are not in that gated set; turn those permissions off on the exchange if you do not want them. If you close the tab mid-approval, the gated action times out and does not send.

Question 13

What if the agent is wrong about the market?

Analysis can be incomplete or wrong. CoinSeer is not a signal service and does not guarantee PnL. You remain responsible for every approved order. Paid access covers software and compute, not trading performance.

Question 14

Which payment methods do you support?

Accepted Answer

Cards via Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and UnionPay. Crypto via AllScale for 30-day prepaid plans and extra credit packs. Recurring monthly/yearly subscriptions are card-only. Active subscription and prepaid cannot run at the same time.

How do Starter, Plus, and Pro differ?

Starter ($9.99/mo or $99/yr, 1,000/mo or 12,000/yr) is efficient models and core research — no exchange keys. Plus ($29.99/mo or $299/yr, 3,000/mo or 36,000/yr) unlocks all models, one exchange key, up to three market-data sources, and agent-assisted place/cancel. Pro ($59.99/mo or $599/yr, 6,000/mo or 72,000/yr) keeps all models, unlimited keys and supported market sources, a richer tool set, and priority support. 30-day prepaid has the same credit allotment as the equivalent monthly subscription.

Question 16

Can I buy extra credits?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with an active subscription or prepaid plan. On Pricing, pick a pack from 500 to 100,000 credits (multiples of 100) and pay by card or crypto. Packs add to your wallet and do not change the plan. Credit packs expire when your paid membership ends — if you keep renewing, pack credits roll forward. If you cancel and go back to Free, pack credits are cleared.

Question 17

What do credits pay for?

Accepted Answer

Credits meter hosted model usage for the work the agent does in a turn. Heavier models and longer tool loops cost more. Credits are consumed from your earliest-expiring bucket first — plan allotment before credit packs, for example. Daily and weekly safety limits still apply on every plan. The model picker shows which models your plan can use.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?

Recurring plans: change or cancel from Pricing or the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at period end, and mid-cycle upgrades add prorated credits for the remaining time. Prepaid: pay the full list price of the target plan (card or crypto) for a fresh 30-day window. Each purchase adds a new credit bucket — existing balances keep their expiry date and are consumed first.

Is there a free tier?

Yes — free accounts get 100 credits every 30 days for trying the agent with efficient models. No exchange keys, no premium models, no trading tools. Upgrade any time to unlock more.

Question 20

How do I sign in?

Accepted Answer

Google sign-in on the web, or a passkey after you add one in Settings → Security. Native Android and Apple clients talk to the same account.

Question 21

Is there a mobile app?

Accepted Answer

Yes — native Android and Apple clients mirror the workspace. Human approval for gated place/cancel is built for the web chat UI; use the web workspace when you want to review a live order.

Question 22

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Open Settings from the account menu (sidebar or header profile), General, then Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. This wipes chats, exchange keys, passkeys, sessions, and billing records on CoinSeer. Stripe may retain its own payment records. Signing in again with the same Google account starts a new empty account.
